The room Thumper is a master bedroom with an ensuite toilet within a 5-bedroom apartment in UE Square Residences within Singapore prime central district 9. The apartment is on a high floor with all rooms having un-obstructed views of the Mohammad Sultan Road neighborhood.
The room offers a comfortable living & working space for a couple, tastefully furnished with a 1.6m queen size bed, a 1.4m study table and two wardrobes that provides adequate shelves and hanging storage for your needs.
Thumper is a corner room with full-length windows on both sides of the corner to provide you a 180-degree views of the Mohammad Sultan Road and Roberson Quay neighborhoods. The room is bright and airy. All windows have day and night curtains.
The ensuite toilet is a full-sized bathroom with a bath-tub. There are windows in the toilet to provide good ventilation and light.
Within the apartment, there are an enclosed kitchen that is bright and well-ventilated and an air-conditioned living and dining area with sofa and dining table.
All common areas including the common bathrooms are cleaned on a weekly basis.
The rental quoted is for single occupation. An additional $200 per month will be charged for couple. The rental is inclusive of utility and wifi. There is no hidden charge.
