The room Rabbit is a common bedroom within a 5 bedroom co-living apartment in Ritz Mansion.

It offers a comfortable and spacious living & working space for a single adult. It is tastefully furnished with a 1.2m Twin size bed, a 1.4m study table and a 1.4m wardrobe that has drawer, adequate shelves and hanging storage for a single.

The room has two full length glass sliding doors that open out to a private balcony.  The balcony is wood decked and particularly suitable for the budding gardener.

Room is air-conditioned.

In addition, the co-living apartment is furnished with a well equipped kitchen, living and dining areas for you to entertain your guests.

Tenants in two common rooms will share one dedicated common toilet in this apartment.  The common toilet is spacious and well ventilated. It has floor to wall tiles and fitted with modern amenities.

All common toilets, kitchen, living and dining areas are cleaned on a weekly basis.

Rent is for single occupancy and includes reasonable consumption of utilities, high speed wifi access and weekly cleaning of all common areas. For couple, an additional $300 per month is added to the rent. There is no hidden charge.

 

About Ritz Mansion

The Ritz Mansion is situated on a quite lane just off busy Balestier Road.  It is accessible via the nearest train stations such as Toa Payoh (NS19), Boon Keng (NE9), and Novena (NS20) which are all a short bus ride away.

Balestier Road is home to many historical sites, from colonial-stye villas to traditional shophouses and temples. It is also home to many famous food joints and cafes set amidst a mishmash of old and new buildings which allude to its colourful past.

  • Shopping Centers : Shaw Plaza is just across a lane from Ritz Mansion. It is the new heartbeat of Balestier offering a wide variety of retail and F&B outlets (Burger King, Collin’s, Yoshiya, Coffee Beans & Tea Leaf, Ya Kun etc), an NTUC Supermarket and a state-of-the-art cinema Shaw Theatres.  Other nearby malls include Zhongsan Mall ( 3 bus-stops away), Velocity and Square 2 in Novena.
  • Supermarkets : The nearest supermarket are NTUC Fairprice (Zhongshan Mall) and NTUC Fairprice (Lor Limau). There are also many convenience stores along Balestier Road that are within walking distance from Ritz mansion.
