The Ritz Mansion is situated on a quite lane just off busy Balestier Road. It is accessible via the nearest train stations such as Toa Payoh (NS19), Boon Keng (NE9), and Novena (NS20) which are all a short bus ride away.

Other nearby malls include Zhongsan Mall ( 3 bus-stops away), Velocity and Square 2 in Novena.
